Carribean Cruise 2010

Pete's family reunion this year was an all adult Carnival cruise to the Carribean.

1st stop.. Key West :Day full of Beach Volleyball and w

alking around town

2nd Stop: Grand Cayman Islands- Snorkling and swimming at Sting Ray City

3rd stop- Ocho Rios Jamaica- Zip Line and ATV rides

We really loved our time with family and on the beautiful ship! We highly recommend the ATV and Zip line in Ocho rios.. it was all together a wonderful experience (called H'EVANS SENT i believe) We loved playing card games and going to the shows at night. The ice cream machine got worked the whole week. Mike won the free-throw competition on boat. We had perfect weather the whole week. We had plenty of relaxing time out in the sun. And the food was superb! We really would love to go on another soon!

As of May 2010 I am now a College Graduate from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor of science in Sports Managment: Recreation degree

Thanks to my wonderful husband and famly I got through these last 5 years with very little stress and really have enjoyed all the schools I attended and the people I've met!

Left foot.. BROKEN

So about 7 weeks ago Pete decided to get together a team for a charity basketball tournament called Hoops for the Homeless. Sounded great as it would be right after we'd get back from moving my brother and

sister in law down to GA from Chicago. Pete was on a rolll being charitable and all and then....

Synopsis: pete goes up for a rebound.. guy takes em out in the air... lands on foot.. which gives way and lands hard on elbow.. broken fibula in 2

spots, broken radius bone in elbow, plate and 11 screws in leg, 12 weeks of recovery, 3 x a week Physical Therapy (started last week), and will get screws out at the beg. of next month... can't work for another 6-8 weeks light duty when he can walk on it..now he can atleast use crutches!

Internship/New Job!

So this semester has been a breeze so far and lots of fun! I am doing my internship with A5 Volleyball Club which is one of the most prestigious clubs in the whole southeast.. How lucky am I to be learning from the coaches and these girls! I help coach the 15-1s team (aka the best 15 yr olds that tried out in the area). We have won our first 2 tournaments and it has been a blast! I am proud of our girls, but there is still a lot of growing and learning for all of us!

I also interviewed last week with a company called The Fun Pack. I found the posting off craigslist, and Got the job! I will be part of a team who goes to different daycares (mainly in gwinnett and Alpharetta I am told) And teach them the very basics of many different sports. This next week I will be teaming up with a girl and learning from her and then wed. I will be all by myself teaching day care kids basketball! (how perfect for my first lesson!) This experience I feel will greatly benefit me in my marketing and make me want to truely market myself so I can get paid more! (I get paid per kid in the class.. so recruit more kids = more money!) The lessons are only 30 min long! I can do anything for 30 min! But I am so excited as this will be perfect for my schedule! http://www.thefunpack.com/Programs.html

We are also officialy moving back in with my parents in Gwinnett which will cut my traveling time to this new job immencely! The main reason why we are moving is to quickly save money for a house! We could still live in our apt and be just fine.. but the savings would go by soo much slower! But we are really excited about moving back in since we have so much fun with my family!

*WON FLAG FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP-

GO THUNDERING HERD!! we really started out awful! and then we changed our defense and started playing with authority!

* Went to Disney World!! Havent been since I was about 4.

. we got to hang out with one of petes' bros family and his mom and it was SUch a blast! the 3 1/2 yr old twins road all but 2 rides because they weren't tall enough.

We went to Hollywood studios as well and started the day off at the Tower of Terror, and finally I got to ride Aerosmith. We also spent a day at the pool and

shopping with the twins as the older boys got to have some fun with their parents and grandma. OVERALL- AWESOME TRIP!!

*JOHN BOY CAME HOME FROM THE MISH (Bolivia Santa Cruz)!!!! :):):):):) I am also so glad he's stickin round here and we get to play again!

*We had everyone home for christmas minus Spencer who is floating in the Arabian Sea. We played tennis, ticket to ride, Ooodles, RockBand Beatles (my parents are rock stars.. I wonder where we get it from :) Ate lots of food, watched a lot of good movies, played with baby Mason for the week they were in town!

*Christmas was celebrated early which was great (pete had to work and brooke left on christmas) Pete got the PS3 he'd been wanting along with Madden10, we got a BEAUTIFUL painting my mom did of Lani Kai Beach! And my dad's book And thuse we See that he has been working on for many years and finally finished. Stacy gave us a great photo album of her pics of us in Hawaii from this summer, some new clothes and accessories, a cute lil Mason calendar for the year!, New wallet and Jewlry from Bolivia, and a HUge bag of sweedish fish which were devouered during all the movies! And dean gave group gifts of Beatles rockband, 500 days of Summer

*New Years- we threw it DOWN! we always gotta go big to open the new year and so pete got some BIG fire works! They were so good! I was so amazed! we also did our anual Sobe bombs and had great food but even better company! a few of us stayed up till about 5:30 in the AM catching up and sharing stories. Nate and pete of course played an intense game of ping pong going through atleast 4 balls and having to play on a cracked one on game 7 in the series!

But we did indeed catch up on lots of sleep and have not gotten back to a normal shedule since.. it's been bad!

*PETE WON 2 CHAMPIONSHIPS! In one week might I add.. both monday and tuesday night leagues won their championship and it was a great start to the new year! He of course was ballin it up!

*And our volleyball team is just getting ready for its 1st tournament this weekend in Suwannee!
